the Beltway (495)

Take Exit
41 from 495 onto the Clara Barton Parkway
(CBP) heading west towards Great Falls/Carderock.
The CBP will dead-end onto MacArthur Blvd.
Turn left onto MacArthur Blvd. About 1
mile after passing the stop sign where
Brickyard Rd intersects MacArthur Blvd.
from the right there will be a large gravel
parking area on the left and the Angler's
Inn Restaurant on the right. Park in the
gravel lot. The VMKS van and trailer will
be in the gravel parking area, usually
in the upper sections. |

Take Falls Rd (Rte. 189)
south until it dead-ends on MacArthur
Blvd. Turn left on MacArthur and follow
it about 1 mile until you reach a large
gravel parking area on the right and the
Anger's Inn Restaurant on the left. Park
in the gravel lot. The VMKS van and trailer
will be in the gravel parking area, usually
in the upper sections. |

There are several ways
to reach Angler's Inn from the District:
- You can take MacArthur Blvd or the Clara
Barton Parkway out of the city and then
follow the directions above from 495.
-Alternatively,
take Massachusetts Ave. or River Rd. out
of the city to Goldsboro Rd. Turning left
on Goldsboro will bring you to MacArthur
Blvd. From there follow the directions
above from 495.
