Spring Camp 2008 Registration Agreement

You must be 18 years or older to use our online registration.

We are happy to offer the convenience of registering online but,  we want to maintain a fair registration process.

Please read the following important registration information. 

Spaces for new campers will be reserved in order of postmark for those mailed, and by the date stamp for online registration.

The registration fee of $100. per week is non refundable after Feb 24, 2008.  Tuition is due March 1, 2008.

Waiting List : If we have no room for your child when you apply, we automatically place his/her name on the waiting list and hold your application fee. 

                      As soon as a space becomes available we will call you.

Payment: Valley Mill will not accept credit cards at this time.  All payments must be made by check and mailed to:

On-Line Registration Only: 

The deposit must be mailed to Valley Mill Camp within 72 hours of registering online.

Please make sure to do the following when applying for a space in our Spring Break Program. 

  1. Fill out your Online Camp Application and print a copy.
  2. Submit the form by clicking the "Submit Form" button located on the lower right hand corner of the Application Form. 
  3. Both custodial parents or guardian must Sign the printed copy of the Camp Application. 
  4. Mail the Application with a deposit check of $100. for each week to:  Valley Mill Camp, 15101 Seneca Road, Germantown, Md 20874

    Our Privacy Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect and use the personal information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our site and our products and services.

    Registration Information.
    You will provide us information about yourself, and you child(ren) when you register your camper, or register for email newsletters and reminders. You may also provide additional comments on how you see we can serve you better by filling out our online survay.

    If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.


    Web Site Use Information
    Different than other commercial Web sites, our Web site does not utilizes a standard technology called "cookies" .


    How Do We Use the Information That You Provide to Us?
    Broadly speaking, we use personal information for purposes of enrolling your child(ren) in our camp, billing for services and communicating with the parents about upcoming events. Occasionally, we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to our Web site, new services and special offers we think you will find valuable.


    Sharing Information with Third Parties
    We do not share the information you provide us with third parties. We will however share information with other parents in the Valley Mill Community, but only with your expressed consent. You can consent to, or decline consent by filling out our privacy permission form located on our parent website, www.valleymill.com/parents. Occasionally, we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to our Web site, new services and special offers we think you will find valuable. As our customer, you will be given the opportunity to notify us of your desire not to receive these offers by sending us an email request at valleymill@valleymill.com.

    How Do We Secure Information Transmissions?
    Email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, we request that you do not send private information to us by email. Some of the information you may enter on our Web site may be transmitted securely via Secure Sockets Layer SSL, 128 bit encryption services.     How Can You Access and Correct Your Information?
    You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing valleymill@valleymill.com.
